1. Overview. This store is operated by MEDIASERVERE LTD (Company Number 16540150). By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

2. Products. We sell digital products (downloadable files such as PDFs, spreadsheets, templates and guides). Descriptions are provided in good faith; results from using our materials are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our control.

3. Orders & pricing. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Digital delivery. After successful payment, a download link is delivered on screen and/or by email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download your files. Files are for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. Intellectual property. All content and files sold remain the intellectual property of MEDIASERVERE LTD and are licensed to you for personal or single-business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute them.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, or use our products for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEDIASERVERE LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
