Refund policy

Nature of our products. All items sold by MEDIASERVERE LTD are digital downloads delivered electronically and immediately after purchase.

Right of withdrawal & its waiver. Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once the download begins — provided you gave express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions. We will gladly help, and may issue a refund or replacement, if: the file is faulty, corrupted, or will not download; you were charged incorrectly or more than once; or the product is materially not as described. Contact us within 14 days atsupport@mediaservere.com with your order number and we will put it right.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed digital content.
